A few things that are helpful to include:

• Your name + your dog’s name

• Age + breed

• Where you live

• What kind of care you’re looking for

• Whether your dog is crate trained and why or why not

• How long it takes your dog to settle when separated from you and what that looks like

• What commands your dog knows: SIT, DOWN, COME, LEAVE IT, DROP IT, OFF, WAIT, STAY, NO, release word or others

• Which commands reliably work around distractions

• Which commands you feel need improvement

• What activates or triggers your dog and what happens

• How they generally do around other dogs

• Anything else you think I should know
